A. AI-Generated Content Notice

FieldGuard uses artificial intelligence to generate job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, site-specific safety programs, and answers to OSHA compliance questions ("Generated Content"). Generated Content is produced automatically based on the information you provide and is not created or reviewed by a human safety professional before it reaches you.

All Generated Content must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified safety professional — such as a competent person as defined under applicable OSHA regulations — before it is used, posted, relied upon, or acted on at any job site.

B. Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment

FieldGuard is a documentation assistance tool. It does not replace, and is not a substitute for, a competent person's site-specific hazard assessment, professional safety judgment, or knowledge of current federal, state, and local requirements applicable to your jobsite.

You remain responsible for identifying and controlling site-specific hazards that Generated Content may not anticipate, including conditions that change after a document is generated.

C. No Warranty of Compliance

FieldGuard makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any Generated Content is complete, accurate, current, or compliant with OSHA requirements or any other federal, state, or local regulation applicable to your industry, location, or project. Regulations and interpretations change, and AI-generated output may not reflect the most current standards.

Generated Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

D. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldGuard and its owners, operators, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any injury, death, property loss, regulatory penalty, or other damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use FieldGuard or any Generated Content. Where liability cannot be fully disclaimed, it is limited to the amount you paid FieldGuard, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

E. User Responsibility

The individual and company using FieldGuard are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of all Generated Content, and for all actual safety practices, conditions, and outcomes at their job sites. Using FieldGuard does not transfer any portion of an employer's legal safety obligations — including those under the OSH Act — to FieldGuard.
